field's Music
field has been part of 4 bands since 1999, all in Edmonton, Canada. "Love Won Another" lasted 8 years and the trio recorded a single Album. It was titled "sum thing is better than nothing" and it was completed at the end of their collective efforts. It was recorded for $135. Only 111-ish copies on CD were handmade and it is impossible to find. Afterwards, field had a year's time with the musical project "In the Colonies" featuring the equally enigmatic Daniel Buxton. No recordings exist. Eventually, field founded "keep me safe" which had a decade, 4 album run. This was with a talented cast of temporary members and field wrote all the songs. Described not only as "Quirky/Nerdy Rebel Rock" but also as a "No Market Band" the project eventually died. Biting the dust as antidote, this led to the emergence of present day, underdog project "Dead Window Birds" with longstanding collaborator M. Cole. Ambitions are towards further albums under this banner and the dream of possible Tours!!
